Please read the Terms and House Regulations carefully before you book and prior to check in.
Check-in and Check-out Times:
Check-in between 15:00 and 18:00.
Check-out no later than 10:00.
Your host or his representative may be present during check-in and/or check-out. Should your host not be able to be on-site in person for the check-in and/or check-out, he may ask you to use your smartphone to process the check-in and check-out online.
Only checked-in guests are permitted to stay in the property.
Booking and confirmation
The short-term rental can be booked via the following cannels:online via https://domsod.holiday/en/booking/. After the online reservation, the system automatically confirms the booking details by email. Booking details and the payment schedule to be found attached to this email in PDF format.
The host will make contact Within 12 hours after the online booking, to answer any open questions you may have.
Should the host not be able to reach you within 12 hours after the online booking, the booked dates will be canceled and reopened again.
Payment schedule
The payment is scheduled in the following two separate installments: upfront payment and final payment.
The payment schedule of both installments and their amounts are available to the guest in the above-mentioned PDF document attachment.
Payments can be made via payment link sent by the host (https://stripe.com/) or by bank transfer. The accommodation is not prepared for cash payments.

Cancellation and Waiver
If the guest cancels the reservation before processing the advance payment, he/she can do so without any financial consequences.
However, if the guest cancels the reservation in the period after the upfront payment, but prior to the check-in: in this case the host is entitled to deduct 50% of the amount paid by the guest in advance as a cancellation fee and reimburse the remaining 50% of the advance payment only. In this case, the days reserved by the guest will be reopened for booking. In this case, the guest is not entitled to occupy the accommodation on the days he/she canceled.
If the guest cancels the reservation between the check-in and the check-out dates, the host has the right to keep both the upfront payment and 100% of the final payment amount. In this case, the host must not reopen those days for booking.
If the host has to cancel the booking before the guest checks in, in this case, both the upfront payment and 100% of the final amount will be reimbursed to the guest.
If the host has to cancel the booking between the check-in and check-out date, in this case, 100% of the remaining days of the booking will be reimbursed to the guest. Exceptions to this rule is the violations of our house rules and/or causing material damage to the property.
Late Check-in Policy:
If a guest fails to check in at the specified time without prior notice, the host will vacate the premises at the latest by the check-in deadline and will only return the next day against an additional fee of 100 EUR.
Should you arrive with an up to 1-2 hours difference only, please notify the host promptly if you want the host to wait/get there earlier. A late/early check-in fee of 20 EUR per hour may apply if the host has to wait/get there earlier than the check-in time.
ID Submission Requirements for check-in
All guests are required by law to upload their ID documents to the government-managed app “Vendegem.hu” at the latest by the time of check-in. For further information, please visit:

The host may ask the checked-in guests to present the identification documents on-site too.
Damage Reporting at check-in and check-out:
Please report any broken or damaged equipment/items inside or around the property to your host at check-in. Additionally, notify your host of any damage caused during your stay by check-out.
Surveillance Cameras:
Outdoor CCTV cameras are actively recording video and audio throughout the garden and yard area for safety purposes. No cameras are operational within the house. If you wish to cover some of them during your stay, please inform your host at check-in.
Sauna Usage to be pre-advised:
To use the sauna, please discuss it with your host during check-in. Sauna usage will be charged based on the meter reading difference at a rate of 0.25 EUR per kilowatt.
Inquiries and Assistance:
For any questions regarding the proper use of household items or equipment, please consult your host.
Reception Hours and Emergency Contact:
There is no 24-hour reception service on-site. The host can be reached by phone between 8 am and 8 pm via +36304733451.
Please contact your host outside of these hours only in case of emergencies.
Property Damage and fee Policy:
Damage or vandalism to the property is strictly prohibited. Guests are liable for any damages, and costs must be settled on-site.
Camping on the grass is prohibited.
Before leaving the apartment, ensure all air conditioning, electricity, and water taps are turned off.
Pets and animals are allowed only with the host’s permission.
After use, please clean the garden pieces of equipment, and leave all items clean behind before check-out (grill equipment, children’s toys, water equipment, etc.).
The host reserves the right to charge an additional cleaning fee of for extreme decontamination, that is left behind in or around the property.
Noise Restrictions:
Noise levels exceeding 60 decibels throughout the property are prohibited.
Occupancy:
The maximum occupancy is 10 + 4 persons, from which the maximum number of children is 6. Babies are not included in the above restriction.
The number and placement of (maximum 4) extra beds must be arranged with the host.
Smoking Policy
Indoor smoking or e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited.
Emergency and safety Procedures:
Fire regulations must be followed, and hazardous materials are not allowed on the property. It is prohibited to set fire in the house and within 5 m of its perimeter. Please consult your host before lighting any open fire.
Keep gates and entrance doors locked at all times
Jumping from the pier into the river is not permitted.
Children and minors must be supervised by an adult on the property and its surroundings at all times.
In case of an emergency, call 112 and inform your host.
Vehicle Restrictions:
Driving onto the lawn or garden with a vehicle is prohibited. Vehicles may only park on the concrete surface in the yard.
Outdoor garden maintenance:
Access to the garden for maintenance may be required during your stay.
Selective waste collection
Garbage is to be collected in the labelled indoor and outdoor selective garbage containers.
Water Safety and River Use:
Water from garden faucets is not suitable for drinking.
Verify the river’s hygienic condition before bathing or swimming.
Security deposit and guest screening
The property represents a great value, thus it is inevitable to cover any restoration of damage that may occur during your stay.
The property is insured by Superhog. One of the conditions of the insurance company is that the guest must pass an online screening before check-in. You can read more about the due diligence and the details of the deposit on the insurance company’s website. https://superhog.com/. The fee for this service is 35 EURO for the entire duration of your stay, regardless of the number of days spent in the property.
Key Policy:
Replacement of lost keys will incur an additional payment of up to 300 EUR.
Reservation Cancellation and Misconduct Policy:
The host reserves the right to cancel the guest’s reservation for non-compliance with house regulations. Guests engaging in misconduct will be asked to leave the property immediately, along with any unauthorized guests.
